Use of the App

• Tomaru is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app.
• You must comply with all applicable laws while using the app.

In-App Purchases

• Tomaru offers an optional upgrade to Tomaru Pro, available through Apple’s App Store.
• All purchases are processed securely by Apple. We do not handle or store your payment information.
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and design of Tomaru are owned by 8bit Code LLC.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Tomaru is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the app will always function without interruption or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8bit Code LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of Tomaru, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or other indirect damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Tomaru at any time if these Terms are violated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
